Terms and conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the "merchant") and TeckPal Technology Ltd ("TeckPal", "we"), which provides Ezyshop. They apply when you start a trial, buy a plan or use any part of Ezyshop. By doing so you confirm that you have read and agree to them, together with our Privacy policy and our Return and refund policy.

1. Who can use Ezyshop

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it. You are responsible for holding any trade licence, registration or permit your business needs.

2. Your account

You sign in with one-time codes sent to your phone or email. Keep that phone and email secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add to it, and you must tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

3. Trials

New shops start on a free trial, the length of which is shown on the plan. No payment is taken during the trial. When it ends, you need to choose and pay for a plan to keep your shop open.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in Bangladeshi Taka. The price and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, SSLCommerz; we never see or store your card details.

Before the end of each billing period we send you a renewal notice. If a renewal is not paid, your shop stays open for a 3-day grace period. After that, the storefront is closed to visitors until payment is made. Your catalogue, orders and settings are kept and come back as they were once the plan is paid.

Upgrading takes effect as soon as it is paid. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Admin > Billing. Your shop stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy.

6. Your shop and your customers

You own your shop's content: products, images, text, and your customer and order data. You give us permission to host, copy and display that content only as needed to run your shop.

Sales made through your shop are between you and your customer. You are responsible for your products, prices, delivery, taxes and customer service, and for publishing your own terms, return and refund policy and privacy policy to your customers. Ezyshop provides starting templates for these, which you should review.

7. What you may not sell or do

You may not use Ezyshop to:

  • sell anything illegal in Bangladesh, including narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods and items that infringe someone else's rights;
  • run fraudulent, deceptive or pyramid schemes, or take payment for goods you do not intend to deliver;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages;
  • upload malicious code, try to access other merchants' data, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

8. Third-party services

Ezyshop connects to services run by others, including payment gateways, mobile wallets, couriers, SMS providers and advertising platforms. Your use of them is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or their decisions, such as approving a payment account.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ezyshop available at all times, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove a feature that is central to your plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

10. Our intellectual property

Ezyshop's software, design and brand belong to TeckPal. Your subscription gives you the right to use them to run your shop, not to copy or resell them.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, TeckPal is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in your admin panel before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

14. Contact

For any question about these terms, email us at hello@teckpal.com or call 018825555570.
